We now offer the medical sheepskin in two colours. White or the original Alum tanned.The fleece is shorn to the ideal length to be springy and supportive, so is great for babies but can also be used by adults looking for extra support when sitting or sleeping.

This is the ideal sheepskin to provide natural support, breathability and comfort wherever used, for both babies and adults. Makes a lovely, practical gift to give parents for the arrival of a newborn or as a christening present. You can place it in the cot for sleeping on, on the floor for baby to lie on, or to line pushchairs or car seats.
This comforting item is easily transportable, so great to take on holidays or nights away, to help baby to settle quickly.
Due to its large size, it can also be used by adults looking for extra support when sitting or sleeping. Our medical sheepskins are tanned using an eco-friendly and baby safe method. Machine washable at 30℃. See our care guide for more details.
Our medical sheepskins are Grade A whole sheepskins, not ones made up with pieces.

Please note these are natural products, so all sizes are approximate. Length is measured diagonally from top of the neck to the point of the leg. The width is the widest point.

Incredible service from Lucy to really ensure I received the perfect rug for a new born baby! I was really keen to choose the correct Medical sheepskin to be able to go in the cot for when our baby is due and had heard lots of benefits about this sheepskin! Lucy responded quickly to emails, sent pictures and measurements and offered a really bespoke service. Delivery was quick and easy :) really thrilled with my purchase! Thank you.

After placing my order I promptly received an email clarifying my order to ensure I got exactly what I wanted which was very reassuring. I had a few additional questions around the ethical treatment of animals and I was left reassured. Our rug arrived promptly and I recieved a message the day before from the courier and a time was also set on by the courier the day of the delivery. The rug is absolutely stunning! It is a high quality product and I only wish I had ordered a larger one. I will certainly be returning and would be very happy to recommend the FFC to anyone based on my experience.
