Returns

You can inform us of your intention to return goods* for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange of the product cost. You will then have a further two weeks for the return or exchange to arrive back at The Fabulous Fleece. You will need to pay the postage cost of returning goods to us.

* Please be aware that as bespoke sewn sheepskins are custom-made to your requirements, these items are non-returnable.

Upon safe receipt of the returned goods in their original, saleable condition, we will issue you a full refund of the product using the original payment method, or exchange as required.

Please do not squash the skins into smaller parcels to cut down the cost of your return shipping or wind tape tightly around the return parcel, the skins arrive with you in an new ironed condition and they need to return back to us in the same condition to warrant a full refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse any postage costs.
